Where is the Reunion?

The Totland/Meland Family Reunion is intended to bring the descendants, friends and family of Ole Totland together on July 5 and July 6, 2003. The reunion will be hosted by Ron and Elly Westby (rippnntarin | @ | yahoo | . | com)* at their home near Tioga, North Dakota. Elly is the great great grand daughter of Ole Totland.

Where can I stay?

Many of you will probably arrange to stay with family in the area. Others may choose to stay at one of the local motels.

• Tioga City Park-bath house, dump station
• Dakota West RV Park-701-755-3407 (I believe they have full hookups)
• White Earth Dam-no electricity or showers-nice place to camp and fish
• McGregor Dam-13 miles north of Tioga-Free camping and Electricity based on first come basis
• Williston and Minot have a number of hotels and are about an hour away from Tioga or Stanley.

How do I find the Reunion?

To get to Ron and Elly Westby's home from Tioga, go south on Highway 40 to the Junction of Highway 2. Turn west and go about one mile. You will come to a paved road that goes south. Turn south and go one more mile, then turn west again and go ½ mile. The Ron and Elly Westby home is the blue house on the hill.
